A pharmacist who graduated from the ULB in 1997, it has been more than 10 years now that the impact of the nutritional state of patients on the evolution of their pathologies has challenged me.
So I decided to go further in the field of nutrition. I started with a certification in nutritherapy at CERDEN. Then, taken by a real passion, it was at the IEPP that I obtained a certification in phytotherapy and physionutrition to finish with a university degree in clinical and biological Physionutrition at the University of Grenoble.
Recently I have specialized in so-called civilization diseases and more specifically in overweight, diabetes, burn-out, IBS and food intolerances as well as in the support of patients with breast cancer. Physionutrition respects the nutritional chronobiology that the body needs to function optimally. The intake of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and micronutrients respects the body’s natural circadian cycle.
